NGO CSW66 Consultation Day

Join NGO CSW/NY's Consultation Day to officially kick off the NGO CSW66 Forum!

The program will feature a conversation between the CSW Chair and UN Women Executive Director; an informational panel on the CSW priority theme; feminist entertainment; and a celebration of NGO CSW/NY's 50th Anniversary!

The event will take place in-person at the historic Apollo Theater for New York locals and will be live streamed on our Youtube channel for global engagement. We highly discourage anyone from travelling to NYC for this event. (The format of the event is subject to change as developments in the COVID pandemic arise.)

This registration is ONLY FOR THOSE ATTENDING IN-PERSON. If you are planning on watching the livestream rather than joining the in-person event, do not register via this link.

The registration fee for the in-person event is a $50 tax-deductible donation.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Identification:
All attendees, artists, staff, crews, visitors and audience members must present a government-issued picture ID prior to entry (passport or driver’s license).

Proof of Vaccination:
Every person entering the venue must show a completed vaccination record (dated at least 14 days before date of entry). Proof of vaccination can be displayed on your smartphone; however, a physical copy is preferred. The Apollo encourages the use of the New York State Excelsior Pass (http://epass.ny.gov), which provides a secure digital proof of vaccination. Downloading the app in advance and registering on the app prior to your visit will create a smoother entry process into the venue.

Bring a Mask: All attendees, artists, staff, crews, visitors and audience members are required to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking. Attendees voluntarily assume all risks of exposure to communicable disease & viruses and hereby waives all potential claims relating to such risks. If you are unable to furnish proof of vaccination with a valid picture ID at the time of your visit, entry will be denied. Failure to comply with any protocols will result in removal from the venue or access being refused.
