Purchase a Handbook Advertisement to promote your organization and/or Parallel Event on the NGO CSW66 Forum virtual Portal and in our interactive Handbook! Your organization will be featured on the Portal under the “Handbook Ads” tab leading up to and during the NGO CSW66 Forum in March 2022. (See last year’s Handbook page here as an example).

By purchasing a Handbook Ad, you’ll have access to the following features:

Organization will be featured on the NGO CSW66 Forum virtual Portal under the “Handbook Ads” tab;
Unique page on the virtual Portal that participants can visit to learn more information about your organization and/or your Parallel Event(s). See a sample Handbook Ad page here);
Handbook Ad sponsors can manage and edit their logo, description, and content on their page. They can also upload images, videos, handouts, materials, and resources. Handbook Ad pages also have a discussion feature where participants can engage with you and each other;
Your advertisement graphic/flyer will be featured in the interactive Handbook and on your page on the Forum Portal. (See last year’s Handbook for an example. Ads are at the end of the document.)

If your application is accepted, you will receive an email with more information about submitting the information for your page on the virtual NGO CSW66 Forum Portal and your advertisement graphic/flyer.

Important information about sponsoring a Handbook Ad:

Early bird deadline to apply: 28 January 2022
Early bird fee (if you apply on or before 28 January): US $500
Final deadline to apply: 1 March 2022
Regular fee (if you apply after 28 January): US $750
Deadline to submit your ad graphic for Handbook: 6 March

Any organization is welcome to purchase a Handbook Ad. However, NGO CSW/NY has the right to decline an application if the organization does not align with our Virtual Safety Guidelines and/or our Values and Working Agreements. Please read our Donation Policy before purchasing an ad. If your application is denied, you will receive a full refund.
