NGO CSW67 Virtual Forum Exhibit Booth Application

Apply to host an Exhibit Booth on the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal! Leading up to the Forum, participants will be able to visit your booth, learn about your organization, and request more information.

By applying for an Exhibit Booth, you’ll have access to the following features:

• Exhibit Booth will be featured on the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal under the “Exhibitors” tab;

• Your organization will be featured on the NGO CSW67 Forum Portal of up to 30,000 participants;

• Custom landing page for your organization/campaign/group;

• Exhibitors can manage and edit their logo, description, and content on their page. They can also upload videos, handouts, materials, and resources. Exhibit Booths also have a discussion feature where participants can engage with you and each other;

• Lead/contact retrieval where Exhibitors can see the names and contact info of those who requested more information about their organization/campaign/group;

• Exhibitors can host events in their booth; and

• Exhibit Booth representatives can engage and communicate directly with Forum attendees.

Important information about hosting a virtual Exhibit Booth:

• Application fee: US $550

• Deadline to apply: 27 February 2022 (Applications will be reviewed, accepted, and uploaded to the NGO CSW67 Forum Virtual Portal on a rolling basis.)

Any organization, group, or campaign is welcome to apply for an exhibit booth. However, NGO CSW/NY has the right to decline an application if that organization does not align with our values and working agreements or remove an Exhibit Booth from the NGO CSW67 Forum Portal if they violate our Virtual Safety Guidelines.
