Apply to Host an Exhibit Booth at the NGO CSW68 Forum!

This year, we have both in-person and virtual Exhibit Booths available!

In-Person Exhibit Booths:

The in-person Exhibit Booths will be hosted in the large ballroom at Armenian Convention Center (630 2nd Ave). The ACC Ballroom space will be a central hub for Forum participants to come engage with the Exhibitors, recharge, network, and participate in Parallel Events as well.

As an in-person Exhibitor at the NGO CSW68 Forum, you will have a 6 x 3 feet table and an electrical outlet. (Outlets will be Edison outlets. Please make sure that you have the appropriate adapters if coming from outside of the US. NGO CSW/NY cannot provide outlet adapters.) You will be able to decorate your table as you like and bring any materials that you would like to share with Forum participants.

We have a limited number of in-person Exhibit Booths available, so Booth applications will be reviewed on a first come, first serve basis. We will also have a waiting list in case of cancellations. 

Important information and dates:

• Booth fee: $500 USD per day
  • Discounted price for 3 days at $1,250 USD
• Application deadline: Monday, 12 February 2024

Any organization, group, or campaign is welcome to apply for an exhibit booth. However, NGO CSW/NY has the right to decline an application if that organization does not align with our values and working agreements. All Exhibitors must adhere to our Safety Guidelines. If an Exhibitor violates these guidelines, NGO CSW/NY has the right to remove their booth from the Exhibit Hall without refund. Please also read our Donation Policy here before applying.
