Virtual Exhibit Booth Application

Apply to host a virtual Exhibit Booth at the NGO CSW68 Forum! Leading up to, during, and after the Forum, participants will be able to visit your booth, learn about your organization, and request more information.

By applying for an Exhibit Booth, you’ll have access to the following features:

• Exhibit Booth will be featured on the NGO CSW68 Forum Virtual Portal under the “Exhibitors” tab;
• Exhibitors can manage and edit their logo, description, and content on their page. They can also upload videos, handouts, materials, and resources. Exhibit Booths also have a chat feature where participants can engage with you and each other;
• Your organization will be featured on the NGO CSW68 Forum Portal of up to 30,000 participants;
• Custom landing page for your organization/campaign/group;
• Lead/contact retrieval where Exhibitors can see the names and contact info of those who “left their card”;
• Exhibit Booth representatives can engage and communicate directly with Forum attendees.

Important information about hosting a virtual Exhibit Booth:

Application fee: US $550

Deadline to apply: Monday, 26 February 2023 (Applications will be reviewed, accepted, and uploaded to the NGO CSW68 Forum Virtual Portal on a rolling basis.)

Any organization, group, or campaign is welcome to apply for an exhibit booth. However, NGO CSW/NY has the right to decline an application if that organization does not align with our values and working agreements or remove an Exhibit Booth from the NGO CSW68 Forum Portal if they violate our Safety Guidelines.
