NGO CSW70 Artisan Fair Application

The in-person Artisan Fair at the NGO CSW Forum is back!

The Artisan Fair is a space where artisans from around the globe can sell their goods to thousands of NGO CSW70 Forum participants. NGO CSW/NY invites artisans from around the world to apply to sell their goods at the Forum!

Artisan Fair schedule:

The Artisan Fair will take place on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 at 1:30pm - 5pm. Artisans will be able to access the venue at 12:00 noon to set up their booths and will have until 5:30pm to leave the venue afterwards.

Location:

The Artisan Fair will be hosted on the second floor of the United Nations Church Center (UNCC). There will also be Parallel Events taking place in surrounding rooms in the venue.

Table fee:

$100 per table 
$25 Non-refundable processing fee

Other Important Information:

Each artisan will be provided with one 6-foot rectangular table to set up your goods. Artisans may not apply to have multiple tables and table sharing between multiple artisans is not permitted. A limited number of tables will be available. 

Artisans are responsible for their own payment methods including cash, credit card or other ways of collecting monies. NGO CSW/NY cannot provide any assistance with or equipment for payment transactions. NGO CSW/NY will not take a percentage of proceeds.

NGO CSW/NY cannot sponsor visas or provide funding for travel or accommodations nor provide badges to the United Nations.

All applicants must meet the following criteria: 

  • Applicants must be a part of or officially associated with an NGO that supports gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls, and a percentage of the profit will support this organization; 
  • Products must adhere to fair trade and ethically sustainable production practices;
  • One organization per application/table - no fee or table sharing;
  • Artisans can not sell food, drinks or promote books;

Deadline to apply: 

Monday, 6 January 2025

Applicants will receive a decision about their application by 31 January 2025.
