Leading up to, during, and after the Forum, participants will be able to visit your booth, learn about your organization, and request more information.

By applying for an Exhibit Booth, you’ll have access to the following features:

• Your Exhibit Booth will be featured on the NGO CSW70 Forum Virtual Portal under the “Exhibitors” tab.
• Exhibitors can manage and edit their logo, description, and content on their booth page. You may also upload videos, handouts, materials, and resources. Exhibit Booths include a chat feature where participants can engage with you and with one another.
• Your organization will be featured on the NGO CSW70 Forum Portal, reaching up to 30,000 participants.
• A custom landing page for your organization, campaign, or group.
• Lead and contact retrieval, allowing Exhibitors to view the names and contact information of participants who “leave their card.”
• Exhibit Booth representatives can engage and communicate directly with Forum attendees.

Important information about hosting a virtual Exhibit Booth:

• Application fee: US $550
• Non-refundable registration fee: US $25 (required in addition to the application fee)
• Deadline to apply: Friday, 20 February 2026
  Applications will be reviewed, accepted, and uploaded to the NGO CSW70 Forum Virtual Portal on a rolling basis.

Any organization, group, or campaign is welcome to apply for an Exhibit Booth. However, NGO CSW/NY reserves the right to decline an application if the organization does not align with our Values and Working Agreements or to remove an Exhibit Booth from the NGO CSW70 Forum Portal if the organization violates our Safety Guidelines .
